    I don't understand why they should add 10/12 percent to the bill to "thank staff". We are not in the United States of America where the waiters take a minimum salary and the service is paid separately. In England the staff receives the complete salary and tips are and must remain volunteer. It is not just money but in principle, I felt put on the corner and is how they are extorted to money. It's not right. And therefore I consider the restaurant negative: lacks respect to the customer.
